摘 要:目的探讨内皮素-1在不同类型胎儿生长受限(FGR)发病中的作用。方法采用放射免疫法检测40例外因性、内因性FGR患者及正常妊娠妇女(对照组)血浆ET-1水平,采用免疫组化法检测ET-1在FGR及正常妊娠胎盘绒毛组织中的表达。结果①内因性、外因性FGR患者组血浆ET-1水平(14.7±3.0)pmol/l、(16.5±2.7)pmol/l均明显高于对照组(12.5±2.3)pmol/l,而内因性、外因性FGR患者血清ET-1水平相比无明显差异。②胎盘绒毛组织合体滋养细胞及胎盘血管内皮细胞胞浆有ET-1蛋白抗原的表达,外因性FGR组胎盘ET-1水平明显高于对照组,内因性FGR组与对照组胎盘ET-1水平比较则无明显差异。③外因性FGR患者血清、胎盘ET-1水平存在正相关(r=0.592,P<0.05),而内因性GR患者血清、胎盘ET-1水平无相关性(r=0.198,P>0.05)。结论不同类型FGR的胎盘ET-1的表达不相同,胎盘ET-1水平在FGR发病中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the role of endothelin(ET-1) in the pathogenesis of fetal growth restriction(FGR).Methods In 40 cases of FGR the plasma concentration of ET-1 was measured by RIA, and the expressions of ET-1 in placental villus were determined by immunohistochemistry respectively. 20 normal pregnant women (NP) served as control group. Results ①Plasma concentration of ET-1 was significantly higher in endogenous FGR and exogenous FGR than that in NP. ②The expression of ET-1 Were found in syncytiotrophoblast of placental villus and in the endothelium of placental vessels. These Positive signals was found between endogenous FGR and NP.③There was a positive correlation between the plasma ET-1 level and placental ET-1 level in exogenous FGR, no correlation in endogenous FGR. Conclusions The placental ET-1 level was different in two type FGR, which may play an important role in the pathogenensis of FGR.
