摘 要:目的观察支气管哮喘患儿的甲襞微循环改变,探讨其发病机理,以指导临床治疗。方法对支气管哮喘患儿30例及30例健康儿童进行甲襞微循环观测。结果支气管哮喘患儿甲襞微循环障碍总积分明显增高,甲襞微循环积分异常比(>2)检出率也明显增高。结论支气管哮喘患儿存在以肺微循环障碍为主的全身微循环障碍。Objective To observe the change of nailfold microcirculation of bronchial asthma child patients and to discuss the disease causes and to instruct the clinical treatment. Methods During 2003/05~2005/05, we test the nailfold microcirculation of 30 bronchial asthma disease child patients and 30 healthy children (the compared group) in community. Results There is the obvious increase on bronchial asthma disease child patients in total integration of nailfold microcirculation blocking.The ratio of being examinated for integral abnormal proportion(>2) of nailfold microcirculation blocking is obviously higher(76.6%).Conclusions The bronchial asthma disease child patients have the whole body microcirculation blocking with the main feature of lung microcirculation blocking.
