摘　　要：目的探讨改进手指旋转撕脱性离断再植方法。方法减少移植健指血管神经,改为直接血管神经移植吻合,改变伸屈肌腱吻合部位,减少肌腱粘连形成。结果临床应用43例,41例成活,经5～17月随访,再植指均取得外形和功能恢复。结论改进的再植方法具有临床实用性,具有推广价值。Objective To improve the replantation method of finger with rotated and avulsed injury. Methods 43 cases of finger with rotated and avulsed injury were treated with the improved method.we used direct vascular and nerve transplanted anastmose to reduce the vascular and nerve replantation of contralateal finger,altered the tendon suturing position to reduce the adhesion of tendons.Results 41 cases survived ,and after 5～17 months follow up,the appearance and functions were satisfactory.Conclusions the operation method was practical,worth to be recommended.
