摘　　要：目的总结和研究重型颅脑损伤合并双瞳孔散大伤者的综合救治方法,以探索提高其存活率的多种途径。方法通过对近23年来此类病例的总结,结合文献和论著复习,探讨各种因素和治疗手段对其存活率的影响。结果建立在积极快速的诊断和多途径治疗方法上的救治是提高存活率的关键,但良好的医患关系和社会支持也是必不可少的因素。结论对于重型颅脑损伤伴双侧瞳孔散大的病例,亦因在允许情况下积极预以救治。Objective To exploring the way to improve survival rate, we sum up and study the composite treatment method of 141 cases of bilateral mydriasis after severe cerebral injury. Methods To exploring all kinds of factors to influence survival rate from differences treatment ways, the clinical data about recently 23 years are analysised through combining to review the document and treatise. Results Establishment on the active and emergent diagnosis and treatment of a comprehensive rescueis are the key points to increase survival rate. Conclusions The benign relationship between medical staff and patients or the support from whole society are absolutely necessary element.
