脑脉泰胶囊对血管性痴呆患者认知功能障碍的康复作用

摘　　要：目的探讨脑脉泰胶囊对血管性痴呆(VD)患者认知功能障碍的康复作用。方法将68例VD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例,治疗组服用脑脉泰胶囊治疗,对照组服用脑复康治疗,观察12周,评价治疗前后简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分和P300变化。结果治疗组上述评定指标均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),且优于对照组。结论脑脉泰胶囊能促进VD患者认知功能障碍的康复。Objective To study the rehabilitation effect of Naomaitai capsule on cognitive dysfunction of vascular dementia patients. Methods 68 vascular dementia patients were randomly divided into therapeutic group (n=34) and contrast group (n=34) .The therapeutic group was treated by Naomaitai and the contrast group by Naofukang .Observation time was total of 12 weeks .Before and after treatment ,MMSE grade and variation of P300 were evaluated .Results In therapeutic group ,the above-mentioned assessment target improved more remarkably than in contrast group after treatment .Conclusions Naomaitai capsule can promote cognitive dysfunction rehabilitation of vascular dementia patients .
