脐转移癌的诊断和治疗体会

摘　　要：目的探讨脐转移癌的诊断和治疗。方法对1996年4月至2006年7月间7例脐转移癌的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组7例,1例为卵巢癌转移,2例为结肠癌转移,4例为胃癌转移。6例行手术探查,均不能行手术切除,1例为胃癌,已有肝肺转移,未手术。7例病人在半月至8个月内死亡。结论脐转移癌是恶性肿瘤晚期和不可手术的征象。Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of umbilicus metastasis carcinoma. Methods Restrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 7cases of umbilicus metastasis carcinoma from 1994.4 to July 2006.7.Results 1 patient is the ovary metastasis, 2 patients are the colon metastasis, 4 patients shift for the stomach cancer. 6 cases under went operation. 1 patient is a stomach cancer, had the liver and lungs shift, not surgery.7 patients died in the half a month to 8 months. Conclusions Umbilicus metastasis carcinoma is the malignant tumor later period and the sign cannot the surgery.
