摘　　要：目的探讨进展期胃癌合并恶性腹水术前双路化疗的效果。方法对42例进展期胃癌合并恶性腹水患者采用术前双路化疗,5-FU、MMC方案同时应用绿慕安腹腔注射,绿慕安5ml/50kg、5-FU400mg/m2、MMC6mg/m2,同时静脉予LV5FU2OXA化疗。结果显效(CR)24例,部分有效(PR)10例,无变化(NC)8例。获得CR+PR的34例,行姑息手术治疗22例,切除率为52.4%(22/42)。结论术前应用双路化疗,为高度进展期胃癌的综合治疗开辟了一条新途径。Objective To evaluate the effects of two route-chemotherapy for the patients with advanced gastric cancer ascites. Methods 42 cases of preoperative gastric cancer ascites were treated with intra-venous injection of 5-FU?MMC plus PA-MSHA. Subsequently, the patients were treated with intra-peritoneal injection of LV5FU2OXA. Results There was CR,PR,NC occurred in 24,10 and 8 cases respectively.22 of 34 CR+PR cases were operated. Conclusions Two route-chemotherapy inaugurates a new route of treatment for the synthesis therapy of preoperative gastric cancer ascites.
