摘　　要：通过对我国家族企业现有组织结构特点的分析,指出我国家族企业容易出现的各种问题,无法实现持续发展的目标。为此,既需要借鉴国外公司的成功做法,也需要根据我国家族企业的具体情况进行组织变革来实现其持续发展。To study the sustainable development of the family business is a hot issue nowadays.The paper analyze the features of their organization structure and points out that family business in our country cannot realize sustainable development because of these features.So it is necessary to learn the successful experiences of foreign business and transform the organization structure in order to realize sustainable development for the family business in our country.
