摘　　要：加强当代大学生理想人格塑造关系到学生的成长与成才。要明确理解理想人格塑造的意义,把握理想人格的内涵,掌握人格塑造的途径,做好大学生理想人格塑造工作。To strengthen the character shaping for contemporary students is related to their growth and becoming useful persons.We should understand the significance and connotations of shaping ideal characters,master the ways of shaping them and do the work well.
