摘　　要：培养学生的实践能力和创新能力,需要更新观念、建立机制、创造条件;要优化教学计划,加强实验、课外科技活动、产学研相结合等实践环节的教学。To cultivate students' practical ability and creative ability,we need to renew our concept,establish mechanism,create condition,optimize teaching program,and strengthen the teaching of experiment,extracurricular activities of science and technology,the combination of production,learning and research.
