摘　　要：新形势下高校由于办学模式和理财理念的转变,带来资金管理的新问题。应通过健全内部控制、加强预算管理、建立规范的投资决策机制和程序以及加强审计监督,加强高校资金管理,发挥资金管理的经济保障作用,进而提升高校核心竞争力。Because of the change of the mode in running school and managing financial affairs,there exist some problems in funds management in university.We should perfect inner control,strengthen budget management,establish standard investment decision mechanism,strengthen audit supervision and funds management,and give full play to economical guarantee of funds management to promote core competitive capacity in university.
