摘　　要：加强和改进大学生思想政治教育必然要求创新思想政治工作模式。要确立以人为本、全面育人和科学发展等理念,创新高校学生思想政治工作的内容、形式、体制和机制。To strengthen and improve students' ideological and political education,we should create the mode of it,foster the concept of human-orientation,overall education and scientific development and create the contents,forms,system and mechanism of the work.
