关于强化导师在研究生培养中的作用

摘　　要：导师在研究生培养过程中起关键性作用,目前扩招情况下导师存在负担过重、指导不力、水平有待提高等方面的问题,应明确导师的责任和义务强化导师的作用,努力解决导师队伍中存在的问题。Instructors play an important role in the cultivation of postgraduates.At present under the condition of enlarging the enrollment, there exist some problems on the part of instructors,such as their heavy burden,insufficient instruction,and their level etc.We should strengthen the function of instructors,make clear their duty and obligation and solve the problems existing in the ranks.
