摘　　要：高校内部分配制度改革的目的是最大限度的发挥教职工的积极性和创造性,促进学校教学、科研全面发展。完善高校内部分配制度,必须从制度上保证分配的公平性,创建机会均等和公平竞争的校园环境,正确处理物质激励和精神激励的关系,引导教职工树立正确的公平观。The purpose of the reform of inner distribution system in university is to give full play to staff members' enthusiasm and creativity,and promote the overall development of both teaching and scientific research.To improve the inner distribution system,we should guarantee the fairness in distribution,create equal opportunities for fair competition,correctly deal with the relationship between material reward and spiritual incentive,and guide them to foster correct viewpoint on fairness.
