上海金山区廊下镇农村居民点的风貌特色与整治建议

摘　　要：社会主义新农村建设越来越受到人们的关注,对农村居民点的整治与改造是其中的核心内容之一。本文首先分析了上海金山区廊下镇农村居民点的现状特点和存在问题,然后通过金山农业园区的规划实践,研究了廊下农村居民点的布局和风貌特色,将农村居民点分成新建型、整治改造型、农家乐型和逐步搬迁型四种类型,最后提出分类整治管理措施。New country in socialism de- velopment is concerned by people more and more.The renovation and recon- struction of the village residential area are core contents.The text first ana- lyzes the present characteristics and problems Of the village residential area of Langxia.Then from the planning prac- tice of Jinshan Agricultural Park,it stud- ies the layout and style of the village residents.Village residents are divided into four category types:new-building type,renovation type,farm amusement type and gradually removing type.
