摘　　要：大学城的兴起是当前高等教育中的一个重要现象,对我国高等教育的改革和发展具有多重意义。对具有代表性的大学城的特点进行了总结分析,指出各自的发展方向;并针对大学城的发展规划问题,在发展观、投资体制、可持续发展方面提出见解。The Rise of the university town is an important phenomenon of the higher education nowadays, which is very significant for the reform and development of the higher education. The representative university town is summarized and analyzed on the characteristics, and pointed out the developmental direction. The view directed at the developmental strategy of the university town is put forward from the angles of the development view, investment system and sustainable development.
