高校举债财务风险的控制及实证分析

摘　　要：负债办学机制的引入,在为高校带来发展资金的同时,也带来了财务风险,对高校来说,如何控制、化解举债的财务风险将是高校面临的一个重要课题。通过对高等学校银行贷款额度控制与风险评价控制模型进行适当的修正,用一实例对高校的举债财务风险的定量控制进行探讨。The mechanism of school running in debt has brought about financial resources for school development as well as financial risks.For a university r unning in debt,an important task they must face is how to control and absorb th e financial risks.This paper makes proper revision to the bank loan quota contr ol and risk assessment control model.With a case study,it also probes into the quantitative control of the financial risks in university running in debt.
