河北省高校专业课双语教学存在问题的对策探讨

摘　　要：通过调研发现河北省高校专业课双语教学中存在的诸多问题:尚缺乏适用的原版教材、急需外语教学素质和专业教学素质兼备的复合型人才、学生的英语水平有待提高、缺乏合理的课程设置及成熟的教学方法、教学效果评价机制欠完善。针对在调查中发现的问题,本文在教材、师资、学生水平、教学模式及方法、创建语言学习环境等方面提出几点改进建议。The large - scale survey shows that there are numerous problems in bilingual teaching in the universities of Hebei Province, such as lack of appropriate original textbooks, shortage of compound teachers with good command of both English teaching skills and professional knowledge, inadequate English competency on the part of students, no reasonable subject teaching program and mature teaching methods, and imperfect evaluation system for teaching effects. To solve such problems, this paper advances some proposals in terms of textbook, teachers, students'English competency, teaching mode and method, and language -learning environment.
