摘　　要：心理健康是心理素质的重要组成部分,是大学生接受科学文化知识的重要前提,也是其迎接各种未来挑战、施展自己才华所必备的条件．同时,心理健康也是全面推进素质教育及高校思想政治工作的一项重要内容．因此,加强大学生心理健康教育既是培养高素质人才的重要环节,也是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的重要任务．The author holds that the psychological health, an important constituent of psychological quality, is both the prerequisite for graduate students to learn science and culture knowledge and a necessary condition for them to face the future challenge. Therefore, enhancing the graduate students'psychological health education is not only an important link in fostering high quality talents but also a major task in ideological and political work.
