摘　　要：通过TQM理论在广州市海珠区仑头果树保护区珠江堤防整治工程砼预制桩工程施工管理中的成功应用,说明TQM理论在水利工程等企业的质量管理和生产管理中起到良好的作用,它可以广泛应用于施工及质量管理。对此在分析工程实例的基础上,总结运用TQM理论时需注意的若干问题。This article introduces the successful application of TQM(Total Quality Management) to the lift-slab construction of repairing embankment along the Pearl River in the Luntou fruit rrees preserving area in Haizhu district of Guangzhou city.TQM has a great effect on quality control and production control in the enterprises of water resources management.Besides,TQM can also be applied to the construction and quality control in other fields.Finally,with a sample project,the article presents several questions to be noticed in the application of TQM.
