摘　　要：社会主义市场经济的发展需要创新型英语人才。高校英语教学必须把培养学生创新精神、创造能力提到重要的高度。本文论述了创新型英语人才的培养目标和培养途径,就创新型英语人才的培养模式进行了较为深入的探讨。The development of our socialist market-oriented economy is in need of innovative talents of the English language.Strong emphasis should be laid on the students' innovative spirits and abilities to create in college English teaching.The essay is,from the aspects of training target and methods,to make a relatively profound discussion on the training mode of innovative English language talents.
