39例正常成人认知电位P_(300)的脑区分布

摘　　要：目的取得本实验室正常成人认知电位 P_(300)实验资料及正常值。方法应用丹麦电生理仪和短音刺激,以及两套触发和刺激系统,两个完全独立的分析时间窗口,对39例正常成人的 P_(300)作了检测。结果分析了基本波型,提出了靶与非靶刺激时Fz、Cz 和 Pz 区域 P_(300)诸指标的平均值,对 C3、C4等左右半球作了对比无明显差异。结论正常成人 P_(300)是可靠的,是反映神经心理学认知过程的皮质认知诱发脑波。Objective To investigate the standard values of cognitive potential P_(300) in normal adults in our labo- ratory.Methods The P_(300) of 39 normal adults was examined by the use of Danish Concerto SEEG-16 instrument (including short-sound stimuli,two set of trigger and stimulus systems,two completely independant windows for anal- ysis of time).Results The waveform of P_(300) was analysed,and the standard values of latencies and amplitudes at Fz,Cz,and Pz during target and non-target stimuli were afforded.The P_(300)at C_3 and C_4 of the left and right hemi- spheres was compared and no significant difference was found.Conclusion The P_(300) of normal adults is reliable and responses cortical congnitive evoked waveform in the congnitive course of neuropsychology.
