摘　　要：目的利用诱发电位技术探讨正常人听觉 P50特征。方法应用美国 Nicolet Bravo 脑电生理仪,采用条件刺激(S1)-测试刺激(S2)模式对45名健康受试者作了听觉 P50检测。结果分析了基本波型,提出了 Cz 和 Pz 区域 P50诸指标平均值。结论听觉 P50电位具有抑制性特征,其变化可反映大脑正常感觉门的功能状态。P50较佳表达式是波幅 S1-S2和100(1-S2/S1)两种结合,能直接显示感觉门的程度。此正常值可供抑郁症研究时参考。Objective To observe the characteristics of auditory evoked potential P50 in normal controls. Methods Auditory evoked potentials P50 were recorded in 45 normal controls by the conditioning/testing paradigm presented with auditory double clicks stimuli,using American Nicolet Bravo instrument.Results The waveform of P50 was analyzed,and the standard values of latencies and amplitudes at Cz and Pz were suggested.Conclusion Auditory evoked potential P50 might be a new index of brain suppression potential,and its optimal formula of P50 are S1-S2 and 100(1-S2/S1).Combining each other may directly show the degree of sensory gating.This normal value may be used for reference of studying depression.
