洛赛克联合抗生素治疗十二指肠球部溃疡并出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察采用洛赛克联合阿莫西林、克拉霉素治疗十二指肠球部溃疡并出血的临床疗效。方法168名患者随机分成两组,治疗组采用洛赛克和阿莫西林、克拉霉素联合治疗,对照组采用法莫替丁或雷尼替丁和阿莫西林、克拉霉素联合治疗,60 d为一疗程。结果治疗组在止血、溃疡治疗的总有效率、治愈率及Hp转阴率上明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论洛赛克和阿莫西林、克拉霉素的联合运用是治疗十二指肠球部溃疡并出血的有效方法。Objective To observe the effect of omeprazole plus Amoxicillin and clarithromycin for the treatment duodenal ulcer with bleeding.Methods 168 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group patients were treated with omeprazole plus Amoxicillin and clarithromycin,and control group patients were treated with famotidine or Ranitidine,Amoxicillin and clarithromycin.60 days were one course of treatment.Results Treatment group has clear superiority to control group with anastalsis,cure rate of duodenal ulcer and Hp negative changed.Conclusion Omeprazole plus Amoxicillin and clarithromycin treating duodenal ulcer has better curative effect.
