摘　　要：目的评价国产支架介入治疗主动脉夹层的长期疗效。方法12例B型主动脉夹层成功植入国产支架的患者纳入长期随访,随访内容包括临床、胸片、胸部增强CT等。结果随访期间无死亡,无远端脏器缺血等;支架无内漏、移位、变形等。2例发生远端再发夹层,但无相应器官缺血等症状,未进一步处理;1例发生股动脉假性动脉瘤,需局部手术。结论国产支架介入治疗主动脉夹层是一种安全、有效和可行的方法,长期疗效满意。Objective To evaluate the long-term results of China-made endovascular stent in treatment of aortic dissection.Methods 12 patients with Stanford type B aortic dissection,8 males and 4 females,aged 61.2,9 in the acute stage and 3 in the chronic stage,underwent endoluminal implantation of stent specialized for the patients covered with 100μm woven silk patch.The patients were followed up for 69.2 months(66～72 months).Results All operations were successful.No death and severe complication had been found.2 cases recurrence of new aortic dissection was discovered in the aorta distal to the stent in 2 cases.A false aneurysm occurred in the right femoral artery in one female case and needed an operation to repair.Conclusions Endovascular covered stent is safe and effective in treatment of aortic dissection with satisfactory long-term outcomes.
