摘　　要：缺血性脑血管病急性期颅内压、血压及脑灌注压的正确处理对于患者的预后至关重要,本文着重分析了急性期这三者的病理生理改变并结合临床经验总结了近来关于颅内压、血压的观点,指出监护的必要性,并进一步分析了有创及无创监测颅压的各种方法及其利弊。The correct management of intracranial pressure(ICP),blood pressure and cerebral perfusion pressure (CPP) during acute phase of ischemic stroke are very important to the prognosis of the patients.In this review,we analyzed the pathophysiology of the three characters in acute phase,then we summarized the various kinds of invasive methods and noninvasive methods in the monitoring of intracranial pressure.
