论私营企业主参政议政所具备的条件与外部环境

摘　　要：近年来,我国私营经济迅猛发展,私营企业主已成为中国社会主义现代化建设不可或缺的重要力量,积极引导、鼓励私营企业主参政议政是时代发展的要求,也是党在新时期的工作重点之一。从国家体制、私营企业主自身素质、私营经济整体实力和私营企业主的政治心理需求等方面论述了私营企业主参政议政所具备的时机已经成熟。During recent years, the private economy in our country has developed quickly, and the owners of private firms have become the indispensable strength of the socialistic modern conctruction. How to conduct actively and encourage them is the requirment of the development of times, and one of the work emphasis of Communist Party in new times. This paper discusses the occasion of the owners of private firms participate and discuss politics has matured from such aspects as country system, the qualities of the owners, the whole strength of private economy, and the political mental demand of the owners, etc.
