槭叶草对高脂血症大鼠抗氧化作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨槭叶草对高脂血症大鼠的抗氧化作用。方法:将60只wister大鼠随机分为正常对照组10只,造模组50只。造模组给予高脂饲料15d,造模成功后随机分为高脂模型组和槭叶草大剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组,阳性药物对照组,分别给予生理盐水和槭叶草提取物大、中、低剂量,辛伐他汀灌胃20d,观察血清及肝脏中丙二醛(malondialde- hyde,MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)水平。结果:模型组与空白组比较,血清及肝脏中MDA含量明显升高(P<0．01),SOD活性明显降低(P<0．01),槭叶草大、中剂量组与高脂模型组比较,血清及肝脏中MDA含量显著降低(P<0．05,P<0．01),SOD的活性增强(P<0．05,P<0．01),结论:槭叶草能够改善高脂血症大鼠的抗氧化能力。Objective: To investigate the effect of mukdenia rossii koidz on antioxidating in hyperlipemia rats. Methods: Sixty rats were divided into control group(10 rats) and model group(50 rats) in which the rats were induced by feeding high fat food 15 days and then given high, middle and low dosage of mukdenia rossii koidz extract respectively and Symivas tatine 20 days. The level of SOD and MDA in blood serum and liver were measured. Result: Compared with the blank, the MDA contents in serum and liver increased(p<0.01) and the SOD activity decreased (p<0.01) in the hyperlipedemia control group. Compared with hyperlipedemia model group,MDA content was dereased remarkably(p<0.05, p<0.01)and SOD activity increased(p<0.05, p<0.01) in the high/middle dosage groups of mukdenia rossii koidz. Conclusion: Mukdenia rossii koidz can improve the antioxidating function in hyperlipemia rats.
