摘　　要：澳大利亚TAFE以其较完善的职业教育培训体系和先进的职业教育理念,在国际上享有很高的声誉。TAFE的成功经验对我国高等职业教育的诸多方面都有启示和借鉴之处。本文简要介绍了TAFE制度的基本情况,分析了TAFE制度区别于其他教育组成部分的显著特征,指出了TAFE对发展中国高职教育的一些启示。TAFE,the higher vocational education in Australia,has a very high prestige in the world for its relatively perfect training system and advanced idea on vocational education.There is much in its successful experience that we can make use of in our higher vocational education.This paper introduces some general information of TAFE system in Australia and analyses a number of characteristics which distinguish TAFE system from other sectors of education.Finally,it provides us some enlightenment to the development of higher vocational education in China.
