摘 要:碧玺是宝石世界中最重要的中档宝石,具有独特的加工性质,如解理不发育、韧性强、颜色丰富多彩、多色性强、具有星光和猫眼特殊光学效应等。文章从碧玺的加工性质和品种分类出发,阐述了它们的工艺要求,着重探讨了碧玺宝石在设计-分割-预型-琢磨-抛光加工全过程中定向设计以及磨机、夹具和磨料之间的协同关系,最后从定向、琢型、比例、对称程度和抛光修饰度等几个方面探讨了碧玺宝石的切工质量评价标准。Tourmaline is one of the most important semiprecious stones in the world,with particular cutting features such as undeveloped cleavage and high tenacity,rich in color,strong pleochroism,special optical effect of asterism and cat' eye.Starting from the cutting property and species classification of tourmaline,the technological requirement was discussed with a focus on orientation design as well as the relationship between cutting machine,clamp and grinding materials in the whole process of design,division,pre-shaping,cutting and polishing.In the end,the cutting quality evaluation criteria for tourmaline were discussed from the views of orientation,cut,proportion,symmetry and polish.
