摘　　要：汉代统一西域,拓展丝路,掀起中西经济文化交流的热潮。在为此奋斗的无数先民中,起家于大西北的班氏是个值得探究彰显的文化家族。公元前3世纪班姓崛起于我国北方牧区,在西汉后期特别在东汉时期,人才辈出,群星璀璨,不仅有班超、班勇这样亲履西陲、历尽艰险而作出卓越贡献的英雄人物,也有注重西域写出过不朽著作的著名学者班彪、班固等。而助成上述伟业的还有一些杰出的女性,如具有匈奴血统的班母、"博学高才"的班昭等等。本文为此系列研究的开篇综述,有关围绕主旨的专题研究将陆续探讨。The Han dynasty is an era that has shed glorious light in the history of China.It unified the Western Regions,opened up the Silk Road and started an upsurge of the economical and cultural exchange between East and West.Among the numerous people of that time,Ban family which rose from the northwest China is worth while to be honored and studied.In the 3rd century BC,Ban family grew up in the pasturing area of northern China.During the late Han dynasty and especially the eastern Han dynasty,large numbers of o...
