摘　　要：在我国社会转型时期,群体性事件频发并呈现上升趋势。作为人民群众的组成部分,这类群体应当受到关注,这是我国宪政建设中遇到的新课题与新挑战。应当贯彻认真实施宪法保障制度,完善多元纠纷解决机制,深化司法改革,树立司法权威,从根本上转变个体、群体与国家、民族关系的传统思维方式,在以人为本的基础上实现国家的强大和民族的复兴,切实保障人权。During the course of our social transformation,mass incidents have been increasing.As a part of our people,these groups in mass incidents should be given more attention.Here comes a new challenge for the improvement of China's constitutionalism.To deal with mass incidents,we need to give people clear channels to show their opinions,improving the mechanism of disputes settlement and the mechanism of benefits coordination and articulation,to perfect the system of constitutional protection and run it well.Also...
