摘　　要：实验教学对提高学生的动手能力、培养学生的创新能力有着十分重要的作用。实验教学改革也一直是教师关注的重点。本文从北京城市学院生物技术学部《植物组织培养实验》课程教学改革入手,总结了该门实验课程教学在实验内容、实验方法、实验考核方式上进行的改革尝试及经验体会,旨在探讨利用实验教学培养本科生创新能力的方法。Experimental teaching plays an important role in improving students' operating capability and cultivating their innovation capability.Teachers focus a lot on its reform.This thesis aims at discussing about how to cultivate innovation capability of undergraduates through experimental teaching by exploring into the "Plant Tissue Culture" experimental teaching reform carried out in Biotechnology Department of Beijing City University,summaries new attempts and reforms on experimental content,experimental method...
