摘　　要：知识经济时代,与企业知识相关的课题不仅引起理论界的广泛关注,而且在产业界也产生深远的影响。企业知识理论是企业理论最新的研究和发展方向之一。Knowledge-related issues of the firm not only caused widespread concern in theoretical circles,but also have a profound impact on industry in the era of knowledge economy.Knowledge-based theory is the latest research and one direction of development of the firm's theory.This paper analyzes the related theoretical basis and research situation of the knowledge-based theory,and have a outlook of knowledge-based theory.
