摘　　要："活字典"是图书馆界对优秀图书馆员的尊称,更是读者利用图书馆的得力助手。然而,由于信息资源膨胀、馆员综合素质有限、文献管理方式变革、服务理念分级分层等因素的制约,图书馆中"活字典"越来越少,并逐步走向消亡,这为读者和馆员都带来不同程度的负面影响。长期开展各种业务培训、定期实行岗位流动、构建互动交流平台、改变管理理念等措施能够缓解"活字典"消亡的问题。'Walking Dictionary' is the honorific form for excellent librarians,who are capable assistants for readers using library.
