摘　　要：技术联盟是企业组织制度的一种创新形式,建立有效的运行机制是联盟成功与否的关键因素。本文集中整理了2003年之后的国外研究文献,从信任关系机制、知识共享机制和风险管理机制三方面,梳理和分析了技术联盟运行机制研究的最新进展。在总结现有文献发展趋势和特征的基础上,对未来研究的热点问题进行了展望。As technology alliance has become an innovative pattern of inter-enterprise organization,the effective operational mechanisms are vital for one alliance’s success.
