摘　　要：济南黄河大桥于1982年建成通车,是中国第一座双塔双索面悬浮式预应力混凝土斜拉桥。受交通荷载增长、环境、材料退化等多种不利因素的逐年累积,对桥梁运营安全构成威胁。为更加精确地把握该桥的技术状态,2007年和2008年两次对主桥进行了质量检测,并于2009年3月31日至8月31日实施封闭施工。Jinan Yellow River Bridge was the first double tower and double cable planes suspension prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge which was built in 1982.By traffic load growth,the environment,material degradation,such as the cumulative effects of unfavorable factors,posing a security threat to the bridge operation.For a more accurate grasp of the technical state of bridges,the quality test of the main bridge was done twice in 2007 and 2008,and it will be closed for bridge maintenance in 2009 March 31 to Aug...
