摘　　要：澳门法律对预审制度进行了较为详尽的规范,这种规范具有检审分权与制衡、设置人权保护机制、有助于提高诉讼质量的优势,但也导致预审法官的定位不明确、检察院对侦查的领导和指挥权受到制约、检察院的起诉权受到预审法官的分割以及诉讼效率降低的弊端。对澳门预审制度的分析与评价,有助于我国从借鉴的视角审视刑事审前程序中权力分置、对诉讼当事人权利救济等问题。In Macao,interrogation system is normalized by law in detail.It has some advantages such as the realization of decentralization of power and checks and balances between procurator department and interrogation department,the installation of personal right protection and improvement of litigation.But it also leads to some disadvantages such as the indefinite location of interrogation judge,the restriction of leadership to investigation from procurator department,the decollation of procurator department's acti...
