摘　　要：论述了扩招形势下一般普通高校狠抓教育教学质量对自身生存与发展的重要意义 ,并就重庆工学院具体抓教学质量的一些新的思路与新的举措进行了详实地阐述 ,同时总结出由此产生的效果 :教学质量稳步提高 ;教职工的质量意识进一步增强 ;As to vigorously emphasizing teaching quality of the ordinary colleges and universities under the situation of extended enrollment, this paper discusses the significance of it to their existence and development, elaborates some new thoughts and moves about how to emphasize teaching quality in our institute,and summarizes the effects of it.
