摘　　要：班主任是一个班集体的核心 ,班主任工作做的好坏直接影响学生综合素质的高低。对于一名优秀的班主任而言 ,具有高尚的师德是做好班主任工作的首要条件 ;良好的工作方法是做好班主任工作的必要条件 ,把学生宿舍建设成为“四个阵地”,即政治思想教育阵地、文明道德行为的养成阵地、科学文化知识的学习阵地和课余文化的活动阵地 ,以此促进优秀班集体的形成。A class supervisor functions as the core of the class; the successfulness of being class supervisor directly influences the improvement of student's comprehensive qualities. To be a successful class supervisor, he/she shall be of a noble character, a sound command of appropriate working approaches, and the capabilities of converting a dormitory into a place where students can nourish in ideology education, good behavior formation, knowledge acquisition, and after class activities.
