摘 要:目的探讨脑梗塞患者(CI)血浆内皮素(ET)水平与红细胞膜Na+-K+ATPase、Ca2+-Mg2+ATPase活力的关系及其对血液粘度的影响。方法测定49例CI和29例健康人的ET、Na+-K+ATPase、Ca2+-Mg2+ATPase以及血液粘度等指标。结果CI组:ET水平与Na+-K+ATPase、Ca2+-Mg2+ATPase活力呈明显负相关(p均<0.05);与ηb、ηp、ηre、HCT、K值、EAI、TK呈明显正相关。多元逐步回归统计分析:ηb与ET的关系最为密切(P<0.01)。结论(1)ET、Na+-K+,Ca2+-Mg2+ATP酶活力的变化能引起血液粘度改变。其中ET主要是通过收缩血管,改变红细胞膜Na+-k+泵、Ca2+泵的活性,导致红细胞变形能力下降。(2)临床上采用保护血管张力的药物、稀释血液等综合治疗,能有效地预防和治疗脑动脉粥样硬化和CI。Objective To explore the relationships between Endothelin(ET) and Na+-K+,Ca2+-Mg2+ ATPase and effect blood viscosity in Cerebral infarction patients. Methods ET,Na+- K+ ATPase ,Ca2+-Mg2+ ATPase and blood viscosity were detected in 49 case with cerebral infarction and 29 healthy subjects. Results ET were negative correlation with the activities of Na+-K+ ATPase ,Ca2+- Mg2+ ATPase(p<0.05);ET were positive correlated with ηb ,ηP ,ηre ,HCT ,EAI ,TK (p<0. 01) in cerebral infarc tion group.There is colse relationships between ET and nnnnnnnnb(p<0.01). Conclusion (1) The change of the ET,Na+-K+ ATPase, Ca2+ - Mg2+ ATPase may alter the blood viscosity of cerebral infarction patients,which influence blood viscosity in many ways. ET leads to the decline of erythrocyte deformability through contracting the blood vessel and changing the activities of the Na+-K+, Ca2+ pump in the erythrocyte membrane.(2) Clinically, Agents that loosen the tension of the blood vessel were put into use, along with diluting the blood and other comprehersive therapise.which can prevent the occurrence of Atherosclerosis and CI,and can cure them.
