摘　　要：目的评价检测血清恶性肿瘤相关物质群(TSGF)在肿瘤诊断中应用的价值。方法用比色法检测初诊未治的668例肿瘤患者和106例正常人血清中TSGF水平,并分析其与临床诊断的符合率。结果在该组实验人群中检测特异度为95.28%;敏感度77.42%;阳性预告值为99.03%;阴性预告值为39.36%;尤登指数为72.68%;符合率79.20%.结论在恶性肿瘤患者血清中TSGF水平升高,具有较高的特异性和灵敏度,对筛查肿瘤疾病有所帮助。Objective To detect the TSGF in serum of the patients with malignancies and to evaluate its clinical significance for diagnosis.Methods The Serun TSGF level was measured by spectrophotometry in 668 cases with malignancies and 106 cases of normal control. Thediagnostic accuracy was evaluated. Results Mean levels of serum TSGF in the cases.The sensitivity was 77.42%;the speciticity was 95.28%;the positive predictive value was 99.03%;the negative prediction value was 39.36%;the Youden’s index was 72.68%;the agreement ratefor observation was 79.20%. Conclusions Serum TSGF increased in malignancies and may be helpful for screening and early detection ofcancer.It has better specificity and sensitivity.
