摘　　要：目的寻求一种简单、有效的用于皮片移植术的麻醉方法。方法采用肿胀麻醉技术对32例患者行体表肿物或瘢痕切除加皮片移植术。肿胀麻醉液按利多卡因400mg+0.9%氯化钠注射液400ml+5%碳酸氢钠10ml+肾上腺素0.5mg配制。结果麻醉效果满意、出血少、无额外并发症产生。结论肿胀麻醉技术是一项简便有效、值得推荐用于皮片移植术的麻醉方法。Objective To explore a simple and effective anaesthesia for free skin grafting. Methods Free skin grafting were performed on 32 patientsunder tumescent technique. The tumescent anaesthetic contain 400mg lidocaine, 400ml normal saline, 10ml 5% NaHCO3 and 0.5mg adnephrin.Results There is satisfactory analgesia, little blood loss and no more complication. Conclusions The tumescent anaesthesia is simple, effctive andrecommendable for free skin grafting.
