溃疡性结肠炎保留灌肠肛管插入深度的探讨

摘　　要：为了减轻保留灌肠时病人的便意感,提高溃疡性结肠炎的治愈率,本文对保留灌肠的肛管插入深度进行探讨,现将120例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为2组,即治疗组和观察组,在其余条件无差异的情况下,治疗组将肛管插入深度20～35cm,对照组按常规插管,观察两组患者便意感,保留时间及治愈率等情况,结果表明肛管插入深度20～35cm时药物保留时间延长,便意感减轻,治愈率明显提高。To relieve defecation awareness of retention enema and increase the recovery rate of ulcerativecolitis,we investigate different depth of anal canal inserted of retention enema. We divided 120 patientsinto treatment group and control group randomly , and the depth of anal canal insertedof treatment groupis 20～35cm,the other group is the normal depth. Then we compare the defecation awareness , retentiontime and recovery rate between the two groups.In comparison with control group, the conclusion indicatedthe retention time of treatment group was longer, defecation awareness was relieved and recovery rate wasincreased markedly.
