摘  要:目的 探索高能 X射线使小白鼠脑组织产生坏死和凋亡的致死剂量和照射方式。方法 应用 100Gy、 150Gy高能 X射线一次与分二次照射小鼠全脑。制作光镜、电镜标本。结果 光镜下显示神经元细胞核固缩,星形细胞水肿。电镜下表现为:神经元染色质凝聚、核固缩,星形细胞水肿等。胶质细胞和神经元出现凋亡变化。分二次照射( 2次间隔 24h)组,星形细胞水肿较轻。结论 100Gy、 150Gy高能 X射线可使小鼠脑神经元细胞产生坏死和凋亡;分二次( 2次间隔 24h)照射,星形细胞水肿轻于一次照射组。Objective To explore deadly dose and radiation way of X- ray radiation causing necrosis or apoptosis of small rats brain tissue. Method To shine small rats brain tissue using 100,150Gy X- ray. To make sample of the optic microscope and electronic microscope. Result There were early agglutination of the neuron nucleus, edema of the gliocyte. There were agglutination of the neuron chromation and the neuron nucleus and edema of the stellate cell so on under EM.There were necrosis and apoptosis of the neuron cell and neurogliocyte.The edema of the stellate cell in 2 time fractionated(Q.24H each time) is more light than the edema of single full dose. Conclusion Necrosis and apoptosis of small rats brain neuron nucleus could be established by 100,150 Gy X- ray radiation. The edema of the stellate cell in 2 time fractionated radiation is more light than the edema of single full dose.
