摘　　要：目的 探讨Vojta姿势反射检查在高危儿早期干预工作中的诊断价值。方法 随机选取高危儿100例设为高危儿组，并设正常对照组61例，进行Vojta姿势反射检查及相关因素调查，对结果进行统计学分析。结果 高危儿组异常姿势反射检出率明显高于正常对照组(P< 0.01)。结论 Vojta姿势反射检查在高危儿早期干预工作中具有重要的诊断价值, 在儿童保健门诊中开展早期神经反射筛查工作是十分可行且有极其重要的意义。Objective To study the diagnostic value of Vojta Reflex Examination on early intervention to high risk infants.Method 100 high risk infants are randomly chosen as a high－risk－group,while another 61 normal infants as control group .All are given Vojta Reflex Examination and some investigation on related factors. Result The abnormal rate of the high－risk－group is much higher than that of the control group(P< 0.01). Conclusion It is much valuable to do Vojta Reflex Examination on early intervention .It is of great importance and significance to do early screening on nerves reflect in Child Care Clinic Service.
