摘 要:目的研究氟桂嗪 (FNZ)对沙鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后行为及海马区形态学改变的影响。方法取沙土鼠 30只,随机分为假手术组、缺血再灌注组、 FNZ治疗组。术前 3 d训练沙鼠跳台实验,采用双侧颈总动脉夹闭法复制脑缺血模型。术后 7 d重复跳台实验,观察其记忆能力及空间定向能力及海马 CA1区神经细胞形态学的改变。结果 FNZ能明显减轻脑缺血再灌注所致 CA1区神经细胞形态的损伤,并促进沙鼠记忆能力及空间定向能力的恢复 (P< 0.05)。结论 FNZ对血管性痴呆有防治作用。Objective To research into the effect of FNZ on the changes in hippocampal behaviours and morphology after the cerebral ischemic reperfusion lesion.Method Thirty gerbil were randomly divided into sham- operation group,ischemic reperfusion group and FNZ therapeutic group.The experiments were performed on the hippocampi during the three- day high diving training before their ischemic models were replicated through the bilateral occlusion of common carotic arteries.Senven days after the operation the experiments on the hippocampi were performed again during the high diving to observe the changes in the faculties of memory,spatialization.Death light microscope and electron microscope.Result FNZ can evidence reduce the morphological lesions of CA1 neurons induced by cerebral ischemic reperfusion and enhance the rehabilitation of the hippocampal faculties of memory and spatialization(P< 0.05).Conclusion VD can be treated and prevented by FNZ.
