摘 要:目的探讨骨折后肢体制动对骨密度的影响。方法评估和检测82例下肢长骨骨折患者发病后1年的步行能力、患肢大关节活动度ROM、日常生活活动ADL能力和骨矿含量BMD等指标。结果步行和ADL能力正常者的BMD明显高于步行和ADL低下者P均<0.05,BMD高者的患肢膝关节ROM也显著高于BMD低者P<0.05。结论长骨骨折患者BMD与其步行、ADL能力和大关节ROM密切相关。Objective To study the effect of extremity brak ing after fracture to bone mineral density.Method Eighty -two pateints with long bone fracture of lower limbs were evaluated and detected the markers such as ambulation ability after one year,the ROM of the large joint of the affected extremity,ADL ability ,an d bone mineral density(BMD).Result The BMD of the cases with normal ambul ation and ADL ability were obviously higher than that of the cases with lower ambulation and ADL(all P<0.05),moreover ,the ROMof the affected ex tremity large joints of the cases with normal BMD were also significantly higer than that of the ca ses with lower BMD(P<0.05).Conclusion The BMD of a patient with long bone fracture is closely correlated with his ambulation ability,ADL ability and the ROM of the affec ted extremity large joint.
