摘　　要：新形势下成人高等教育面临困难与机遇;对成人高等教育的质量要有正确的认识,保证质量的关键在于加强管理;发展成人高等教育的思路是组织生源、调整结构、立足地方。In the new situation, adult higher education is faced with both difficulties and opportunities. We should have correct understanding of the adult higher education. The key of assuring its quality lies in strengthening the management,guaranteeing the students resources ,adjusting the structure and enrolling students in the local place.
