摘　　要：由于经营者业绩评价主体错位以及资本市场的不完善 ,使国有企业难以建立起有效的经营者业绩评价系统。国有经济必须在战略性重组和国有企业分类改革的结果基础上构建起有效的经营者业绩评价系统。As a result of principal slide of manager performance evaluation and imperfection of captical market,it is difficult to construct valid system of manager performance evaluation at present.The valid system construction of manager performance evaluation should be established on the result of national economy strategy recombination and state-owned enterprises classifying reform.
